Excellent quality and easy to install. It does take some welding and problem solving to install but this is a universal kit so it was expected. I am very satisfied and the kit works flawlessly. Also was notified before delivery so if I didn’t have a way to unload it they could send a truck with a lift gate.

Clutch arm spindle was rusted bad and seized up. New housing worked beautifully. Also replaced female plug for controller. Winch now works like a new one. Two thumbs up. Shipping was amazingly fast also.

I’ve owned 3 of these winches and believe they have been as advertised. I once had my ford f-250 crew cab long bed truck stuck in a washed out bridge culvert at a 30deg. Angle. This winch actually bent the frame of the truck with its power, but that’s what was required to get me out. I was miles from nearest highway. Every truck I have has one.

This kit was pretty easy to install. The instructions are a little vague but I was able to manage. In the instructions it states to use pvc fittings. Which did not fit, I had to use cpvc on my particular model, 09 2500hd long bed you have to relocate the charcoal box. But very pleased with the speed of the functions both up and down. The pump and tank are perfect size. I have two dump truck and I highly recommend this kit.

I am getting older so I decided it was time to look into a dump conversion for my 1990 GMC pickup. Settled on the Pierce kit. My son and I installed it over 3 weekends.
Oh my gosh! My first trip to the landfill and I backed in next to a couple who were unloading spring cleaning debris. I got out and dropped the tailgate and then went to the cab to hit the button to raise the bed. The couple both looked up with mouths open and then the man said "How much?"
Every time my wife and I pick up a load of sand/grave/dirt or take a load to the dump we are reminded of how much easier this has made our weekends.

I received my order and installed the solenoid assembly and safety cut off switch myself. After double checking the motor I found it wasn't working but before ordering a new motor . I took it in to a shop to get confirmation. As I expected it turned out to be a bad motor. I spoke to Jake for a second time to order my motor and to have it shipped directly to the shop who was working on it. My Pierce 12000lb winch which I have had for more than 17 years is working again. Thank you Jake and Ginger

This remote works great! I love the internal magnets so it won't scratch up any paint. The only difficult thing with the remote was the wiring due to different colors but Jake from the company called me directly and worked that problem out. The most important thing is that it will reach my console in the cab of my truck!

It was impossible to find this type of remote locally. Works as it should. Nice long cord.
