The unroller will pick up 5 and 6 foot bales, and will also pick up 4 ft. bales using the extensions.
Will the PIERCE Bale Unroller roll the whole bale out without waste?
The solid “core” will be left (most farmers/ranchers will find a way to feed this as well).
How often should I grease my PIERCE Bale Unroller and what type of grease should I use?
We recommend multipurpose grease (RED). Grease your PIERCE unroller before seasonal use, inspect it every three months, and grease as needed.
How do I hook up the hydraulic connections?
Plug the male into the ½” female breakaway coupler.

  • Mechanical, Electrical, and Hydraulic parts are guaranteed to be free of manufacturer defects.
  • Parts will be replaced at the manufacturer's discretion.
  • The Warranty period is taken from the date the goods leave our factory, although we will accept a later date if the Distributor can confirm date of purchase.
Conditions
  • Does not include normal wear and tear, misuse, water damage or other forms of abuse.
  • Electrical components must have proper wiring verified and be protected by appropriate fuses, breakers, and power disconnects to qualify for any warranty coverage.
  • This warranty only covers the original products sold by PIERCE. Labor, down time, loss of work and other expenses are not included in this warranty.
  • You must contact us first to receive a return merchandise authorization number and instructions to return and receive warranty.
  • All return shipping logistics and costs are non-refundable and the responsibility of the buyer. 
  • Call us to explain the problem, making sure you have both the model number and the serial number on hand. Often, we can resolve the matter over the phone.

    Irecieved the shipment from Texas to Tennessee in three days.it was properly packages and all parts included. My brother and I immediately assembled it and put it to work. The quality of construction is excellent!

    So far really good.

    Have unrolled 5 bales so far and it worked well, even on uneven bales. Takes some practice hitting the center of the bale but that’s on us. Leaving noticeably less wasted hay in the field than we got using hay rings over the years plus the calves get to eat without being knocked around. Sturdily made and has everything you need to use it (hitch pins, clips, etc.,). Took about 30 minutes to assemble it by myself not being in any hurry (I’m in my 70’s). Two hints if you’re doing this by yourself:
