VaxMate is a livestock vaccine cooler – designed by ranchers for ranchers and veterinarians. The PIERCE VaxMate stores and cools livestock vaccines at controlled temperatures during transport and application. The stainless-steel instrument tray and syringe holders protect vaccination syringes and vaccines from heat, cold, and UV light during vaccine administration. An alarm sounds when the internal temperature goes above or below the set temperature. The alarm can be triggered at different temperatures depending on the needs of the vaccine.

Know the temperature. Hear the alarm.
Every VaxMate comes with a temperature sensor, a digital thermometer you can read on the side, and a programmable alarm. Set your range once. If the temperature climbs above it or drops below it, the alarm sounds.
The thermometer and alarm are included. They are not an add-on.

Loaded syringes stay out of the sun.
Three stainless steel holsters hold your vaccine guns at a 45° angle between injections. They keep loaded syringes cool, clean and out of direct sunlight, because syringes get very hot when they sit in the sun.
The rotomolded body deflects UV light, too.

Using the same gun for different vaccines is a common problem at the chute. VaxMate gives you three holders and one-time-use color stickers, about the size of a nickel. Mark each gun and its vaccine with whatever system works for you.

Sunlight and extreme temperatures, hot or cold, can make a vaccine less effective or even useless. A foam cooler at the chute warms up fast on a hot day, and every time a cooler opens, cold air escapes. VaxMate's rotomolded body, stainless steel tray and holsters all work against the elements to help prevent vaccine damage.

I was very skeptical about this cooler
I was very skeptical about this cooler, but they work wonderfully. They are very high quality and allow for plenty of room for the ice packs away from the needle ends. I would highly recommend!

Branding 2025
I just got done helping brand and vaccinate about 400 calves in this bunch. After using the vax mate with the gun holders I’m going to purchase one now for myself. Was so nice with the gun holders and the vaccine right there. Was first time ever for me anyway that never slowed down the process by refilling or looking for needles that got lost in the dirt. I’m looking forward to getting mine

Christmas gift
Although it has not been used as of yet because it is a Christmas gift, I see from looking at it in person--that this will be a wonderful device for use in our cattle working. It is not too big--I can pick it up and carry with ease, I especially like the fact that the covers for the tubes where guns will go are attached to the cooler. Things get crazy when working cattle and if the caps were not attached-I could see big problems with loosing them. Also, I like the stainless steel tubes and the f
