The P045 is a 4.5 in snatch block with an 8,000 lb working load limit and a safety swivel hook. Bronze bushed with a greaseable main pin and a sheave grooved for wire rope up to 1/2 in. Doubles winch pulling capacity in a compact, ready-to-rig package.
Why pick the version with the hook included?
The hook lets you quickly anchor the block to a vehicle tow point, recovery strap, or fixed anchor without needing a separate shackle and pin. Faster setup for routine recovery jobs. If you'd rather supply your own attachment hardware, see the no-hook version (P045NH) which is also lighter and lower cost.
