Refund policy

Returns and Refunds: 

Note: All returns must have a Return Authorization number before being returned.  You can fill out the form here, request one at sales@piercesales.com,  or call us at 1-800-658-6301.  

• Items can be returned within 30 days after delivery if items are unused and undamaged. 
  
  
• You must call 940-538-5643 or click here to fill out the return form to be contacted by PIERCE. You must receive a return merchandise authorization number and instructions to return and receive any refund. This is a necessary step for return. 
  
  
• All return shipping logistics and costs are non-refundable and the responsibility of the buyer. 
  
  
• A 20% re-stocking fee will apply and be deducted from the refunded amount of the returned item. 
  
  
• Refunds will be given in the original form of payment. 
  
  
• Product condition will be assessed upon receiving the product back to PIERCE. If the product condition is not deemed “new and unused” the restocking fee will be subject to change.
