Complete wireless air actuator control system - includes the Standard handheld transmitter and a receiver with the pneumatic solenoid valves built into the box, coded together and ready to wire to your equipment. Operates 8 functions on the Lodar 9 Series.

The 8 Function Lodar Direct-Mount Air System (92158DMM-8) gives you 8-function wireless control with a 200 ft (61 m) range on the 433 MHz band. Compressed air is plumbed into the receiver box; the solenoid valves inside switch it to the output ports to drive your air cylinders directly - there is no separate external valve bank. The cylinders mount directly to your valve spools. It includes a master output - an additional output that energizes whenever any function is operated, for equipment that has to run alongside the controls (a hydraulic power unit during a lift, or a beacon while winching).

Mounts directly to your valves. This direct-mount system bolts onto the Gresen spool valves on Miller units - there are no separate actuators and no control-rod linkage. Confirm your valves are Gresen before ordering.

Air supply. The air cylinders run on 21-120 psi (135 psi maximum); 80-100 psi is the ideal operating range. Plumb the system into a regulated air supply in that range.

How do I know this system fits my equipment?

Match the function count to the number of outputs you need to operate - 8 here - and confirm your power supply: this system runs on 12/24V DC. The FET receiver switches up to 10 A per output. Choose it when your functions draw more than the 5 A a relay receiver handles. The transmitter and receiver ship coded to each other, so the system works out of the box.

For the first 2 years Warranty is unlimited.
  • During that period, your Distributor (in the USA, our Service Department) will repair or replace free of charge, at their discretion, any product that is proved to be faulty.
  • The Warranty period is taken from the date the goods leave our factory, although we will accept a later date if the Distributor can confirm date of purchase.
For the following 3 years Warranty is pro-rated.
  • During that period, your Distributor will replace with a new product at a discounted price.
  • These prices are set by each Distributor.
  • The Warranty period is taken from the date the goods leave our factory, although we will accept a later date if the Distributor can confirm date of purchase.
Conditions
  • We must receive back either an individual Transmitter or both Transmitter and Receiver, at your cost.
  • We will not accept individual Receivers. Always send both transmitter and receiver unless otherwise requested.
  • Discounted products will carry a further 2-year unlimited warranty. After 5 years Lodar cannot be repaired and will be scrapped.
  • Lodar 8000 Series are now totally out of warranty and are not covered.
