Replacement transmitter for an existing Lodar 9 Series wireless system — a transmitter is the handheld unit and is not a standalone product. It pairs with a matching receiver on the same series and function count.

The 4 Function Lodar Mini Transmitter (90004TX) is the compact Mini handheld for a Lodar 9 Series system, sending 4 functions of control to the receiver on your equipment. It has a silicone rubber keypad, carries an IP 67 rating, runs on 2× AAA batteries, and reaches a 150 ft (45 m) operating range.

Will this transmitter work with my receiver?

Match three things: the series (9 Series), the function count (4), and the receiver it was coded to. Transmitters and receivers are paired on the same RF band, so replace a 9 Series transmitter with a 9 Series transmitter. If you are replacing a lost or damaged handset, confirm the receiver model before ordering.

Match the trailing code. Lodar 9 Series transmitters and receivers carry a trailing match number. Check the unit you are replacing: no number means -8, the most common code we carry, and some systems use -3. If your existing system or part is coded anything other than -8, contact us so we send the correct unit.

For the first 2 years Warranty is unlimited.
  • During that period, your Distributor (in the USA, our Service Department) will repair or replace free of charge, at their discretion, any product that is proved to be faulty.
  • The Warranty period is taken from the date the goods leave our factory, although we will accept a later date if the Distributor can confirm date of purchase.
For the following 3 years Warranty is pro-rated.
  • During that period, your Distributor will replace with a new product at a discounted price.
  • These prices are set by each Distributor.
  • The Warranty period is taken from the date the goods leave our factory, although we will accept a later date if the Distributor can confirm date of purchase.
Conditions
  • We must receive back either an individual Transmitter or both Transmitter and Receiver, at your cost.
  • We will not accept individual Receivers. Always send both transmitter and receiver unless otherwise requested.
  • Discounted products will carry a further 2-year unlimited warranty. After 5 years Lodar cannot be repaired and will be scrapped.
  • Lodar 8000 Series are now totally out of warranty and are not covered.
  • Call us to explain the problem, making sure you have both the model number and the serial number on hand. More often than not, we can resolve the matter over the phone.
