No instructions but was pretty self explanatory if you have an idea on what your doing. Could have used better quality control couple hole didn’t line up and had to deburr a bunch of the holes.

The PS574K Conversion Kit converts a PIERCE 9,000 lb electric worm gear winch (PSW654-K) into a 12,500 lb winch (the PSW654-MK equivalent). Includes the heavier housing, cover, bolts, planetary gear, transfer gasket, worm gasket, and motor seal — you reuse the existing motor, motor gear, idler gear, and one transfer gear.
When does the PS574K make sense vs. just buying a PSW654-MK?
If you already own a 9,000 lb PSW654-K and want more pulling capacity, the conversion kit is faster than swapping the whole winch. If you're starting from scratch, buy the PSW654-MK directly — same end result, no conversion labor.
