Wireless Control System for 110V AC Winches

The Lodar Wireless Control Box (P003W) adds handheld wireless in/out control to a 110V industrial winch — without building a control panel from scratch. It packages a 2-function Lodar receiver, two reversing contactors sized to switch the winch motor, a 20 A breaker, and an emergency stop into one pre-wired, weatherproof enclosure. Land your power and motor leads, pair the handset, and run the winch from anywhere on the job.

Why is this easier than wiring wireless control yourself?

A Lodar receiver on its own gives you two low-current relay outputs — not enough to switch a 110V winch motor directly. This box handles the heavy-current side for you: the receiver drives two reversing contactors that switch the motor's IN and OUT directions at full load, with the breaker, grounding, and emergency stop already wired in. You mount the box, land the leads, and pair the handset.

Will it work with my winch?

The box is built for PIERCE 110VAC industrial winches, fitted with WEG motor 00158ES1B56CFL-S. If your winch uses a different motor, call us at 940-538-5643 with your model and we'll confirm the fit before you order.
