When does it need replacing?
When a foot tears off or wears smooth and the cooler starts to slide. Check which version your cooler uses — there is an updated V2 foot.

It fits like the original

Great product
The Pierce 45 Qt Cooler is the best one I ha e ever owned. I have had mine for 4 years, it basically spends from May to October every year on the back of a flatbed truck. It has taken a lot of abuse from rough roads, t posts, and barbed wire. All I have ever had to do is to change out the rubber latches every year and they are cheap and can be replaced in less than 5 minutes.
