Complete wireless electric actuator control system - includes the Standard handheld transmitter and a receiver with the electric actuator drivers built into the box, coded together and ready to wire to your equipment. Operates 4 functions on the Lodar 9 Series.
The 4 Function Lodar Standard Wireless Electric Actuator System (92154A-8) gives you 4-function wireless control with a 200 ft (61 m) range. The receiver drives electric linear actuators directly from its outputs - no separate valve bank. It includes a master output - an additional output that energizes whenever any function is operated, for equipment that has to run alongside the controls (a hydraulic power unit during a lift, or a beacon while winching).
Check your valve linkage before ordering. The electric actuators bolt onto the solid control rods your valve levers connect to, so you need clearance to mount them. A system with actuators included works only with solid "bang-bang" valve rods - not with valves operated by flexible cables or cords. If your valves are cable-operated, contact us.
Electric actuators are a good fit for trucks that do not have onboard air - they drive the valve linkage electrically instead of pneumatically.
Match the function count to the number of outputs you need to operate - 4 here - and confirm your power supply: this system runs on 12/24V DC. Each FET output is rated to 10 A, with the system rated to 15 A total across all outputs. Run several heavy functions at once and the combined draw can reach that 15 A ceiling, where the overload protection trips to protect the board. Solid-state switching means there are no mechanical relay contacts to wear or arc. It is the current standard across the Lodar line — choose it for functions that draw more than the 5 A per output a mechanical relay handles. The transmitter and receiver ship coded to each other, so the system works out of the box.
Lodar 9 Series parts carry a trailing match code. This system ships as the -8 (the most common). If you are adding to or replacing parts in an existing Lodar system coded anything other than -8, contact us so the units pair correctly.
Want a different form of the same 4-function Lodar system? Compare the 4 Function Lodar IP Wireless Air System or 4 Function Lodar Mini Wireless System. Replacement handsets and receivers are sold separately.
Common uses: Designed for hydraulic systems in towing, agriculture, and municipal service fleets.
