The PS534HSW is a 12V replacement motor for the PIERCE PSW654 series industrial worm gear winches. 1.5 HP, three-post (two field + one armature), 3/4 in shaft cut for a woodruff key. Drop-in replacement for the OEM motor on PSW654-K and PSW654-MK winches.
What's the difference between the PS534HSW and the PS534HGK?
The HSW is the bare motor only. The HGK is the same motor with the worm drive gear pre-installed. Pick the HGK if you're replacing the gear at the same time (one part, one install). Pick the HSW if your existing gear is fine and you only need the motor.
