5 Year Pro-Rated Warranty

For the first 2 years Warranty is unlimited.

• During that period, your Distributor (in the USA, our Service Department) will repair or replace free of charge, at their discretion, any product that is proved to be faulty.
• The Warranty period is taken from the date the goods leave our factory, although we will accept a later date if the Distributor can confirm date of purchase.

For the following 3 years Warranty is pro-rated.

• During that period, your Distributor will replace with a new product at a discounted price.
• These prices are set by each Distributor.
• The Warranty period is taken from the date the goods leave our factory, although we will accept a later date if the Distributor can confirm date of purchase.

Conditions

• We must receive back either an individual Transmitter or both Transmitter and Receiver, at your cost.
• We will not accept individual Receivers. Always send both transmitter and receiver unless otherwise requested.
• Discounted products will carry a further 2-year unlimited warranty. After 5 years Lodar cannot be repaired and will be scrapped.
• Lodar 8000 Series are now totally out of warranty and are not covered.
• Call us to explain the problem, making sure you have both the model number and the serial number on hand. More often than not, we can resolve the matter over the phone.
