12 Volt Electric Worm Gear Winch Replacement Motor [PS534H]

Standard equipment for PIERCE winches. Runs at 1.5 hp. The motor is composed of high-temperature components, fore and aft ball bearings, and a 3/4" shaft cut for a woodruff key. The two parallel posts are fields while the post in the rear is the armature.

This 12V winch motor (three posts) can be used as a replacement worm drive winch motor in the following brands:

I replaced the 12 volt motor on my 12K winch. Everything was simply a remove and replace. The wiring location on the motor was a little bit different and no directions. So it took me some time with a test meter to figure out how to wire the motor. It works like new. Thanks for having parts available.
